Photos: Who is the mysterious woman lurking in the background of Trump and Kim’s summit pics?
The summit between Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump ended abruptly this morning and the main talking point to come from it is not what the men spoke about.
In fact, the presence of a mysterious woman in several images from the summit has got the whole world wondering who she actually is.
Peering sheepishly behind walls, you might think that the woman has snuck into the grounds of the summit trying to catch glimpse of the two leaders.
But the truth is the woman is actually Kim Jong-un’s sister – and she is the most powerful woman in North Korea.
Kim Yo-jong seems to follow her brother wherever he goes, and that included the short-lived second meeting between the North Korean leader and the President of the United States.
And she popped up all over the place in Vietnam – much to the amusement of people watching:

Kim Jong-un’s sister, Kim Yo-jong is once again in the background. Staying close enough to help, far enough away to be out of the main shots. She is thought to be director of the propaganda dept. I always wonder how big a part she is playing in this choreographed diplomacy
